Greetings! In Zoom Pro plan, I am host and admin for a support group I run for people with a specific rare disease.  Recently, when invited participants try to enter meeting, they rec'd Host in Another Meeting message,  even  when I'm not. I scheduled it  using my PMI in zoom app. Any ideas on how to prevent this? Thanks!

Hi, @Tammymae,

It’s very important in situations like this to get the Meeting ID you are in and the Meeting ID the users are trying to join.

In every case so far that I’ve tried to assist (where users return here with information), I find that attendees are not using a link that points to the same meeting that the host is in. One thing Zoom is very good at is connecting two or more people with the same Meeting ID together – it happens correctly thousands of times a day.

Please check and verify that all are attempting to join the same meeting ID.
