Help!!!

Will someone please tell me how to turn the volume on my i-pad up. When I am in a personal meeting room I cannot hear the participants.  The volume button is up to full capacity.  and I have spoken with the technicians at apple and they said everything was fine at their end.(we screen shared) I am at wits end.

Will someone please help!

Hey @Dx211111111, interesting! With the volume all the way up you may be seeing something similar ⤵️

If you experienced the following, just tap on the speaker, and you'll see something like this ⤵️

 

Or if you're disconnected from audio, just tap on Join Audio (Bottom-left corner). Hope this helps!
