Hey,

 

Try using converting the PPT to PPTX and check. Please check if you have the latest version of the Zoom client, as well as the office package. 

 

Also, make sure that the file should not be big in size. thanks

I have same problem. Also new PC . Can't open Power Point as Virtual Background. Use the latest update for Zoom and Microsoft Office 365.
Who can help us?

Hi, @GK1 ,Can you please upload a screenshot? Please share what is the office 365 version?
