HOST PC'S sound and screen is disappeared suddenly.

Hi !

Last week we were training chorus and sending our training live image to remote members by Zoom.

But suddenly , both sound and live screen was disappeared. 

We have never experienced such thing so far,so I would like to know the reason and solutions about it.

Hi @MY5 , thank you for your contributions to the Zoom Community! I'm sorry that you have not yet received a response from the community. I was hoping you could give me an update on this issue you were experiencing. Is this still occurring? I would suggest updating your Zoom client to the latest version, sometimes this occurs when Zoom is not up to date. Keep me updated!
