Getting transcript for recorded meeting

Hi 

I forgot to turn on the transcript button for my recorded meeting.  Can I still get a transcript after the fact?

@yolette Unfortunately, if the option to record the transcript was not checked the transcript would not be saved nor would it be able to be retrieved. I am sorry for this inconvenience.

A workaround will be to start a new zoom meeting, turn on the recording with transcript and then share your screen with your recording that you do not have the transcript for.  Try a short piece first to ensure that it works.

 

Alternative you can provide the file to a third party service for the transcript.
