Getting access to chat messages after a recurring zoom meeting has ended

I have followed steps to download chat after a meeting has ended (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/210615143-Viewing-stored-chat-messages-in-Chat-History#:~:....) but am unable to see any history of my monthly recurring meeting. My monthly recurring meeting simply does not appear in Reports > User Activity Reports > Chat History.

All help gratefully received.
