Freezing - how do I know whose end the problem is on?

Hello,

 

When I am zooming with another person and they freeze - I can no longer hear them and they freeze as a still image - how do I know if the problem is on my end or if it's on their end?

Hi @blueaster! One thing you could try doing to test your internet connection is joining a test meeting 😃

Hi, thanks for your suggestion! The issue is intermittent, so it's hard to pin down whose end it's on. Everything seems fine most of the time, so not sure what to do in the moment when it happens.
