On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

The question is : Does all free user which host 1-1 meeting now will be limited up to 40 mins ?

if more than 40 mins we need to upgrade to pro?

I ask this question cuz many of my colleagues did not have this problem as a free user.

Just questioning that this is only me?

Thank you

Now 1 of my colleague also been limited 40 mins but another free user still got unlimited 1-1 meeting LoooLLL

Are they in the same account? Just curious to know how this works. Maybe it's still not 100% implemented. We have a lot of customer to support, just gathering info! Thanks.

I am having this problem as well. It is extremely annoying to have to explain and apologize to each client, each meeting
