File conversion

I was able to record my meeting and it was converted into an audio only file. I have to submit this file to my institutions Blackboard and they use SafeAssign. SafeAssign does not accept this file type, I need to convert it to one that is accepted, but do not know how to do this. I also am using a Mac.

All recordings should be converted into two formats m4a and mp4. The m4a file is for audio-only the mp4 should contain both audio and video.
