Why can't I download a local copy of my cloud recording anymore?

Are you an account admin? If not, please reach out to your account admin and confirm whether any settings have been changed surrounding downloading cloud recordings.

 

If you are an admin, please provide additional details as to the steps you've taken to download your recordings and where exactly you're getting stuck.
