I am trying to download my recordings form Zoom cloud to my PC. The Zoom instructions say to go to Recording Management and click the 3 dots for More but when i do there is no option to download. The instructions say that I won't have that option if I am an administrator. I am the only User on my account, I must be the administrator, right? How do I get around this and find the option to download the files? Please help!

If you are the only user on your account, you can go to the Recordings tab under the personal section on the left side of the portal and see all of your recordings. From there you can click on the recording and view all of the available files and download them. See the user instructions here: Managing Cloud Recordings
