Display a static image

I read about virtual backgrounds. In the page I read first, it said I can use a virtual background instead of a static image. The virtual background isn't working because all I see is my background and not myself. Can I instead get Zoom to use a picture on my computer? If so, how do I do that? I can only see how to add a virtual background.  Or, why can I see only the virtual background and not myself via my camera? I really want to mask what is behind me. Thanks.

I only want to display a static image, NOT the camera feed. If I already have the background image set up, then I assume all I have to do is turn OFF the video feed, right?
