Desperate for some help - screen flashing/strobing on calls

I desperately need help -- my Zoom calls a flashing / strobing (not just flickering). I have fiddled with the 50 or 60 hz and it's made no difference whatsoever. I've also replaced my webcam and still no difference. I have important meetins all week so this is a disaster. Hoping for a quick response. Thanks in advance - Ness

Hi @NessJones welcome to the community! Can you please share the version of Zoom you are currently running? If you're not running 5.13.10 (16307 Release notes), as I am on that version today with no issues thus far on MacOS, I would suggest updating! 

 

Secondly, can you please share any advanced video settings from the Zoom Client Settings > Video > Advanced that may be enabled?
