Desperate for some help - screen flashing/strobing on calls

I desperately need help -- my Zoom calls a flashing / strobing (not just flickering). I have fiddled with the 50 or 60 hz and it's made no difference whatsoever. I've also replaced my webcam and still no difference. I have important meetins all week ...
