Hey @Eunika10Mi, normally doing a clean reinstall fixes any issues on the app. Please follow the steps below:
1. Quit out of the Zoom app by right-clicking on the zoom application in your taskbar and selecting Quit Zoom
2. Download CleanZoom (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/article_attachments/360033082431/CleanZoom.exe)
3. Run CleanZoom.exe
After doing so, we will need to reinstall the zoom application.
1. Navigate to Zoom’s Download Center and select Download for Zoom Client for Meetings.
2. Run the downloaded installer file and follow the instructions to install.
Do you also have Bit Defender Endpoint Security on the device? If you do, kindly check if you have the Zoom folder whitelisted on there. Also, make sure that the Zoom client, the air host, and cpthost files. are whitelisted from the “bin” folder of Zoom.

Going back to older version works (e.g. 5.6.6). You can use this link (not hosted by zoom so not official) https://zoom-us-zoom.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions).
But also, if you have 64-bit machine, use the 64-bit download, not the 32-bit. That also corrects the problem for me.
