Conversion of Zoom Recording

1) I have been using Zoom recordings for years.

2) Today, i recorded a presentation for 60 minutes

3) The conversion started then stopped at 20%

4) I started the conversion again. Stopped at 25%

5) This time, up popped this: "An Unkown Error Occurred. Error Code 124"

HELP!

As preliminary troubleshooting, can you please follow the steps outlined in this article: Troubleshooting local recording issues? Hopefully, that does the trick!
