Connect a room with a meet

Hello there!

I'm try use zoom api to integrate my web system.

I create a new room but i don't know how i connect with a meet, this two services has connections ?

what is a difference between room and meeting and i can use the two services together ?

Hi,

A Zoom Meeting can have Breakout "Rooms" within in it. A Zoom Meeting can also have a "Waiting Room".

Breakout Rooms cannot exist outside of a Meeting. 

The term Zoom "Room" can also refer to the software product used for physical conference room. This platform is known as "Zoom Rooms" and these do not form meetings - they act like an alternative client to Host or Join a Meeting.
