Good day! I have a problem with the video quality of the conference. The problem occurs when more than 10 users from the same local network connect to the conference, when everyone turns on the webcam, participants slow down or turn off the video, some have distorted sound. Participants in the settings have default settings for the camera.
The gateway's dashboard shows an incoming speed of 30-40 Mbps. The load on the gateway is minimal. On the gateway, they increased the number of packets, which did not help.
What could be the problem?

Hi @atinimc as it has been some time since you've posted this discussion, have you had any issues still? Please keep in mind, that if 10 users are all on the same network running a Zoom meeting, I would consider your bandwidth usage would be the issue as to your speeds. Are you referring to your upload speed or download speed? For group meetings and high-quality video, it's recommended to have 1.0 Mbps/600kbps (up/down) per person essentially. You can look into our KB on Wireless (WiFi) Connection Issues and run some of the troubleshooting steps and suggestions from there, or suggest testing your same scenario and capturing the meeting statistics to determine the bandwidth usage during the meeting.
