Computer turns audio down automatically during a zoom

Morning

I was wondering why and how to fix my problem. When I'm on a zoom at some stage during the call my audio turns right down so I can't hear anyone. I have to go into settings during the zoom and turn the audio up. I've looked at the settings and all looks the same as another users computer settings.

It is your device that has a problem or you just need to upgrade zoom.
