Closing or stopping vs minimizing the app

I was looking for ways to close the app entirely instead of minimizing it. For now, I've decided to toggle on the "When closed, minimize window to the notification area instead of task bar" selection in general settings. This closes Zoom to the notifications bar and doesn't show the app on my Task Manager. Keeping this unselected minimizes instead of closes, and DOES show up on Task Manager as an active app.

Does anyone else have a different workaround? I don't use Zoom frequently so I don't need it at the ready. Thanks!

I have this issue too.  It's ugly and a pain to have 2 zoom apps (the Zoom Overview app and the Zoom Meeting app) running whenever I'm on zoom.  How do I get rid of the Zoom Overview app?
