I use Zoom to see the client's screen . Twice in the last week with separate clients, their cursor becomes the tool to draw a line and then cannot use the mouse to click on anything. If they stop sharing and start again, the problem goes away but it happened twice in an hour today. Thoughts?

@JanfromEarth I believe your clients are using the annotation tools during screen sharing. Kindly review this article about Using annotation tools for collaboration to learn more about this.

This is a great article but the arrow problem seems to happen at random times. If they stop sharing and then share again, it goes away for a while. Sometimes, it returns. I think it is a bug but if we are the only ones experiencing it..........
