Clicking on the blue link that shows meeting ID and postcode simply results in no changing of page!

I have a problem in that this time the usual clicking on my client's  blue link which also shows meeting ID and passcode to lead to a good meting of Zoom meeting this time simply does not work as it does not change page to begin the Zoom session. Please help!
