Choppy Audio by speaker when I host Zoom Meeting

Zoom Pro Meeting, I host group of 30-ish attendees where one person is main speaker (not me), and that speaker uses Screen Share for their presentation.  Lately speaker's audio is choppy, fades out a bit at times.  All attendees notice it.  As host, I'm using web portal, about 350-450 mbps down & 20-25 mbps up on WiFi.  Is the problem on my end or speaker's end?  (We have different speaker each month, this has been issue past 3 months plus occasionally before that).  Help?

Hey @EOC3, you mentioned the web portal. Have you tried hosting on the Zoom desktop client from https://zoom.us/download as I suggest using that over the web client? As for your question about the speaker's audio being choppy for you and other participants, I would assume it's the speaker's connectivity; however, there's hard telling without analyzing the meeting for the issues. They can also test audio before Zoom Meetings to see if it's their audio devices that are not working properly as well.

You can take a look into troubleshooting steps when using WiFi at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362463
