Cannot login due to no email on computer

There are two of us in two different countries who need full access to our Zoom meetings Pro account. But when we get a security request for a code, we are unable to comply due to security code being sent by email when we have a different email or no email client on the Zoom computer. What is the solution to this problem?

You must have access to the accounts email address. Email can be read on any device. The verification code can then be typed on the Zoom device.

Email can indeed be read on any device, but I need to store email locally, for reliability and backup. So if I read email using two devices, I get two sets of mailboxes, uncoordinated with each other. The resulting chaos is not worth the trouble of dealing with the security requirement of just Zoom, one of many apps that I use. And just imagine if all my apps had similar rigid requirements. Chaos.

Hello,

Sharing an account is against Zoom’s terms of service that you agreed to when you signed up.

The one time passcode that you are describing was created for the exact reason you are trying to circumvent.

The solution is to pay for a Zoom account for both people and then use the Zoom scheduling privilege tool.

Regards
