Can’t record meeting from my iPad, but I can on my desktop iMac. Both are basic free accounts.

Can’t record meeting from my iPad, but I can on my desktop iMac. Both are basic free accounts, the same account! My desktop has occasionally used a pro account from another user, could that be why the record button shows in my free desktop account?
