I was working with a instructor today who was attempting to play a video embedded in her PPT presentation. I could hear the video playing on her end, but it was also playing on my end simultaneously and at a significantly low volume.
She had the "share sound" and "optimize for video sharing" both checked off. We also switched the audio settings from mono to stereo and vice versa.
When she showed a video straight from YouTube, the audio/video transmission worked fine. This leads me to believe it's a disconnect between Zoom sharing and the PPT presentation itself.
Anyone have any ideas?

One possibility is in Control Panel, go to SOUND, after that go to the tab COMMUNICATIONS and check the voice DO NOTHING. If that does not work try uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling Zoom.
If this works please click accept as a solution.
