I suddenly am unable to click on a link provided by the meeting organizer and get into the meeting. I've tried going through my browser, i.e., accessing the Zoom website, then entering the meeting number and passcode but that isn't working either.
The suddenness of this problem has me puzzled, as I, like many of you, have spent much of the pandemic in Zoom meetings.
Any ideas what a moderately tech-challenged person can do?

What error messages (if any)_ do you get?
Do you have another way to contact the organizer?

I'm having the same problem especially with links sent by Eventbrite. Before today I was able to go to zoom.com, click join a meeting and then put in the meeting number and password manually but today even putting in the meeting number sends me back to the organizers registration page

Same issue, I think Eventbrite/Zoom integration is changing the zoom password at integration point, which is a real pain!

I've been having the same issue as well.

I have the same issue- I can join from my laptop, but not my desktop computer. I've tried all 3 browser I have (safari, firefox and Google). I can go from my desktop app, but i had a meeting to attend last week and the invite was only offered as Join-click here, and that took me to a browser but that didn't work

Hello @Robin711! Kindly try clearing the cache of your browsers and let us know if this helps.

Ever since Zoom launched Zoom Marketplace, I have had several different video issues - screen flickering, seen by my students as well as I. The pen disappeared for a while, the white board has other issues, is there way to return to Zoom before Marketplace?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @nilremhcol! If you're referring to Zoom Workplace, please note that we're unable to revert it to a previous version, as the minimum supported version is now 5.17.5. We recommend keeping your Zoom Workplace app and device drivers up to date, as updates often include important fixes and improvements.

Hi Mark, thanks for getting back to me. I tried clearing my cache through the instructions for Mozilla Firefox and no change. Any other thoughts. I use Zoom a good amount- so this is frustrating. It still works on my laptop, but i may have a different version on Zoom on that. But for my work- except for travel- I need my desktop.
Thanks
Robin
