Camera stopped working after uploading a background

Hello! Help!!

I recently tried to upload a new background (last update seemed to have removed them).  When I did this, my camera stopped working.  Super tough to run a webinar when you are the host and the camera doesn't work.  I used a second computer, tried to upload, and bam!! same thing.  now I have 2 computers and cameras that won't work.   It works in all other applications, so any suggestions are welcome.   Seems to be a glitch with this last update perhaps?

I have this exact same problem. When I choose background or blur, I disappear. The only way I can appear is if I choose NONE for background or blur. But then you see my ugly room in the background. Did you ever figure out a solution?
