Hi All,

When I have my camera on, when I speak, it is garbled...others cannot hear me well. If I turn off my camera then my audio is fine. Is there a way to fix this...change a setting?

Hey @LGS, does your camera have an integrated microphone within the camera? If so, try selecting another microphone input if available. Have you ensured the correct microphone input and speaker out are set in the Zoom settings? Zoom Settings > Audio.

If you don't have another audio device try updating Zoom and the operating system on your device. You can also check out some topics on audio issues here support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/sections/200319096.
