I have a bout 40+ meetings during a semester in a university. I want to record in one file all the attendance and possibly some statistics on the number of chat posting for multiple sessions.

There is no bulk way on doing this for now but you may utilize Zoom reporting and consolidate that attendance from there. See KB article below for your reference.
