I work with a Blackmagix Atem Mini Pro, which is selected as a video camera. My Panasonic Lumix camera goes into this. This performance has worked wonderfully with Zoom for over two years. But suddenly I have a blue filter over the zoom image with the same configuration (https://dsc.cloud/581060/2023-12-23_10-59-10). The configuration works perfectly with Facetime, Teams and others, but not with Zoom. Uninstalling the Zoom client on Mac and reinstalling it did not bring any changes: Firmware updates on the Atem Mini Pro and the Lumix did not bring any changes. I am at a loss. Does anyone have any tips?

Zoom Desktop Client 5.17.1 is now available, and it resolves the red/blue channel inversion and correctly maps the color range of Blackmagic USB Webcam devices (resolving the "crushed" blacks and "blown out" whites often seen in other sofware / older versions of Zoom with Blackmagic devices like the ATEM).

There was a glitch in Zoom’s video processing of ATEM video signals on version 5.17.0 for Mac users – I don’t think Windows was affected. It might have been resolved with a back-end update, or there’s a way to find the prior version of Zoom – see the answer to this Community post.

A mi me ocurre lo mismo, es una especie de filtro que cambia colores cálidos por azul en la ultima actualización. Necesito una solución porque no he conseguido solucionarlo. gracias

I pointed to the solution in my previous answer: Install the previous version of Zoom.
You can download older versions of Zoom meetings here for Windows: https://zoom-us-zoom.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions and here for Mac: https://zoom.en.uptodown.com/mac/versions
