When I am in a zoom meeting and the Facilitator shares her screen to show us a document, my entire computer screen goes black. I can hear the participants, but not see them. They can see & hear me. This is very important for me in the volunteering I do. How do I fix this?
I have an HP computer, and running windows 10. This problem only started about a month ago. Hope someone has the solution.

Hey @muttley, have you tried updating your Zoom client?

Hello, I have this same issue joining zoom meetings on my Android phone, I didn't use to have this issue a while back when I used zoom consistently but I've resumed virtual meetings now and it's of utmost importance that I see my hosts screen during meetings, funny thing is I can actually see his mouse cursor moving around but every other thing is completely black, I do not have access to any other device besides my phone so I'd really appreciate a prompt response and solution, thank you
