Hello I have join zoom since locked down and had pro account all along until realising that I don't really need a pro account to meet one to one meeting. so cancelled it and have downgrade to basic. Recently I found that zoom restricting my account to 40 minutes  for one to one meeting. Anyone have the same experience?

would appreciate some feedback. thank you Juliet

This is indeed a recent change. From May 2nd, basic users on Free accounts will be limited to 40-minute 1:1 meetings. You can read more about this change and also find an offer in case you would like to upgrade again here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/5809097508109-May-2-2022-Free-account-meeting-duration-cha...
