Audio recording

My friend audio records on Zoom and it automatically separates the recording into the individual speaker's part of the dialogue. She also gets the dialogue as it was recorded with both speakers. I can't  seem to do that. Is the something I need to do to make this work?

Hey @Judispeech, sounds like you would need to disable "Record a separate audio file for each participant".

As the host of the meeting or if you're a participant that is able to local record, suggest further looking into the Enabling and starting local recordings KB article.
