so this sounds like it's a technical error. Feel free to perhaps also raise a ticket with our Technical Support Team HERE so that they can perhaps investigate further (and perhaps have another workaround) 🙂 Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
