Hi

When I  am in the meeting , there was no sound when other people shared their youtube or other videos, but I can hear what they said.

I have new Dell laptop and I too am experiencing this issue.  I can hear others speaking and hear any videos shared but if music is played I hear nothing;  it comes on intermittently as I slide the sound bar.   It won't stay on.  Dell wants me to exchange the laptop stating it is a hardware issue but I disagree since I was having audio issues and they were able to fix that with updating drivers but this issue wasn't fixed.  I would like to know if this is a Zoom issue too.  Are there any @Anonymous advisors on this forum?
