Audio has echoed since update Jan 2023

Since the recent update my video has been jumpy, and flashed green and orange, which I managed to fix using this thread which advised to go into Zoom video settings > Advanced and then turning off "Optimize video quality with de-noise" will help

 

BUT I have another issue since the upgrade in that my audio is echoing to the point people don't understand me, I've been in my audio settings and played around with different options but nothing is working - any suggestions would be very  much appreciated

 

I used Zoom for 4-5 meetings per day, in a paid account, and this is driving me and my customers nuts!

Hi @CLH , I have a suggestion that has helped other users who have had the same issue as you. Can you try setting your Audio configuration on the Zoom app to this?

Basically, instead of using Original Sound, we need to try switching to Zoom optimized audio and setting the background noise suppression to Low only.

 

Let me know if that trick does it!
