Attendees vs Invitees for paid plans

If I'm on a paid plan that allows for 100 attendees, am I still able to invite over 100 people? I have an upcoming meeting where a significant portion of those invited will be unable to attend.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @abbyfreeman

You can invite thousands!  But once the 100th person has joined your meeting, the rest won't be able to attend.

If your meeting is of a public and free nature, you might consider live-streaming to any of the available live-streaming services, and any "overflow" attendees can go there to watch.
