On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hi @Frankiechoo

If you are the Host, sharing your own screen/content, I would check your Annotation settings at https://zoom.us/profile/setting and then ensure you are on the up-to-date version of Zoom.

I also have had this issue. I have an account with a monthly subscription. Even though my annotation control is turned onto "Allow saving of shared screens with the annotation" I still don't see any annotation tools in the screens I am sharing or the screens shared with me. Screen attached.

Regardless of what instructions I find online to fix this, either they are already set to look like annotate should be avail, or I encounter instructions that aren't called the same thing as the current zoom version. ANy help is appreciated. Thanks.

I have the same issue.  Did you ever get guidance to correct this for yourself?
