An error occurres everytime while setting virtual background on android device

Every time I try to set a virtual background on my android app I get a error saying an error occurred. I have a new Samsung android device with android OS 14 on it and I am on the latest version available on Play Store that is 6.2.5.25145. I tried getting it work on other devices but faced the same issue on those devices also. I tried to see if this error is in new version so installed the older version i could find the oldest version being 5.17.10 but the background issue was on this app also. I have tested this issue on 3 devices that i have and saw this issue in all of them also I am unable to find any solution for it. Any help in this issue would be appreciated.
