change zoom background

I cant seem to change my zoom background on meetings. Went to settings-> background and filters> asking for a solid color background preferably green. I've downloaded images but everytime  i use it, the background is not solid/blurry.  How do i go about it? thanks

Can you provide a screenshot of what the issue is? I think I understand, but need a bit more info to be sure.

Hi Bort,

I have set up a background image.  Now I want to change it.  I have the virtual background slider set in settings.

Then it says to "go to the desktop app and go to settings".  I cannot find a way to get to the desktop app.  I have

logged out and in but there is nothing that looks like the screen in the video with the settings "wheel" in the

upper left.  PLEASE HELP!
