Is it possible to automatically designate someone or people as designated hosts? I know you can do it for each designated meeting that you schedule even if it's recurring. Is there a way to set it, that no matter what my account will always allow this account to be alternative hosts?

Hi,
I believe "Scheduling privilege " would be a solution here.
Which means , assigning or delegating a user or multiple users in your account to schedule meetings on your behalf and automatically this user(s) are alternative host(s) for all your meetings.
Note that both of you need to be licensed users and under the same account
