Allow anyone in the organization to record meetings

Hello everyone. 

 

We would like to allow everyone in our organization to be able to record meetings. We already had issues because only the host could record and setting a co-host for each meeting separately won't cut it. 

 

Ideas?

I understood only host or co-hosts can record.  Someone told me anyone can record.  I'm trying to find the answer to our question but cannot find it in any support area.
