Everytime i start it up, it crashes caused by an unexspected error. The dump file says that it is caused by an access violation error in quartz.dll.

Same problem solved! (It took me hours to find out...)

You may have the "PowerToys" installed.

Its new function conflicts with Zoom.  i.e., "Video Conference Mute" (default: enabled).

Just disable it, you can resume Zoom as normal.

Hi there, @Lysterion! I'm so sorry you didn't receive a response to your post sooner. Are you still having this issue? If so, I would suggest removing and then re-installing the Zoom client. Let me know if that helps 🙂

Hi there, suddenly I have completely the same issue. I've tried to update zoom, reinstall zoom, installed Windows 11 update. Issue is still there. I need zoom for the work.

Can also confirm. I'm on Windows 10, and for seemingly no reason Zoom doesn't want to open any windows other than the main one. It instead opens up a crash dialog.

When I looked into the memory dump it outputs each time, it always involved quartz.dll

Not sure what's going on.

Have you changed graphic card's drivers recently?
Quartz.dll is related to directx. What kind of GC do you have?
