About video screen sharing

My co-host wants to screen share a video in a zoom meeting, but when I select screen share in zoom with the video file stopped playing, it doesn't show up in the selection screen of the application I want to share, there is no "Video" item in the detail tab, and I can't select the file.

What is the possible cause?

Hey @e-support, can you try uploading it to Google Drive? Once you've done that you can share screen > files > Google Drive > and select the video you want to play if it's a file. Would also suggest checking 'share sound' and 'optimize for video clip'
