Relentless SPAM from the Zoom webinar inviters

I routinely get email reminders to Zoom webinars that I never signed up for. Worse yet, these reminders also come with an addition to my calendar filling it with bogus BS spam webinars.

GotoWebinar has also had this issue but what they're doing about it is allowing you to click a SPAM report for these uninvited webinar invitations.

My only recourse with Zoom is to click unsubscribe, which I do on every one. I get 2-5 new ones a day. I wish Zoom would weed out these bad actor spammers once and for all.

Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

YES!!! So annoying, it fills up my calendar as well and every morning I have to go through and delete all the spam meetings. More pop up by the afternoon and I have more to delete. Zoom better figure this one out soon or I'm switching my company and all our accounts over to a different platform. They keep adding new capabilities without addressing the core needs of the primary user, and this is getting ridiculous. Not a fan of Microsoft Teams as much, but it's free with our Microsoft account so would be my recommendation if others are in this position.

Apart from the annoyance, this is a security and privacy issue. Zoom needs to make this top priority before a class action.

Perhaps if EVERYONE in this form starts adding comments suggesting that users switch to Microsoft Teams, THEN Zoom's upper management might finally take this problem (which has apparently been around a LONG time) seriously and devote some resources to fixing their flawed programming that currently supports spammers!

I am moving fully over to Google meetings and canceling my Zoom subscription. The fact that the company won't take action on this widespread issue is f***ed.

This is absolutely insane. And I cannot mark as spam because the invitations show my email as the sender! Zoom needs to get on top of this. Not sure why this is even possible.
