issues with Acer chromebook when i play a recorded meeting with zoom.

Hello community, 

In the past few months I've been having issues with my Acer Chromebook; in fact I can't play any recorded meetings (on every browser), while I can perfectly join live meetings. I've tried watching recorded meetings on multiple devices and I had no issues with them, so I'm sure that it's only this chromebook. Also youtube works perfectly, so it's only zoom that is not working.
