Sharing Recording Post Event

Hi Zoom Community!

I have a group that wants to share a recording of a zoom event they did with people outside their Zoom account. I always upload our recordings to a website/YouTube and then share a link, but they don't have access to another website. Is there a way to share the recording with people who 1)are outside their Zoom account and 2) may not have a zoom account?

Allison -

When you're schedule the event, set it as on-demand in advance, and require registration (either automatic, manual or via your paywall). This requires recording to the cloud (which will likely be set to 'record automatically' since it's set to on-demand).

Then on the recording page, select the event and check out the 'Share' option, where you can generate a link to the Zoom recording.

There are some limitations to this process, but it generally works.
