Lobby Chat doesn't show when invited by a grouplink (but it works for individual invites)

I checked all the lobby-settings and adjustet the time on when the chat should be showing.

For invites with a personal link it does show the lobby chat but for people with the group invite it does not.

So I don't really know where the problem might come from.
