I am in Nigeria and would like to host a hybrid event with most participants from Nigeria. Is Zoom event now accessible in Nigeria?  (https://events.zoom.us/)

     Free events are available in Nigeria but not paid events..

I'd like to know why it's restricted to certain countries? I was about to buy it and discovered that half the countries I need aren't listed. Seems ridiculous.
